1.1 We operate the website www.jacktosneyfurniture.co.uk. We are Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd , a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13165847 and with our registered office at Unit 5B, BizSpace, Amberley Road, Leeds, LS12 4BD. Our main trading address is Unit 5B, BizSpace, Amberley Road, Leeds, LS12 4BD.
1.2 All terms below fall under English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts
2.1 The Images onsite are examples of previous work. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
2.2. All product sizes, weights and capacities may vary slightly, typically customers should allow a 2% tolerance on all product dimensions
2.3. All products are made to order, and should be made and distributed between 5-7 working days. You will be contacted directly should this scheduling be affected for whatever reason.
2.4. All products may vary slightly over time. Timber is likely to shrink and move when exposed to different temperatures and conditions. Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd will advise when appropriate on how best to treat products.

Using your personal information:
4. Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd holds all personal information in line with the Data protection act of 2018. The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
5.1 If you are a consumer, you may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
5.2 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
5.3 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
5.4. If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible
5.5. Customers using the shop will be required to pay full price at the checkout. All bespoke orders will be quoted for. When a quote is agreed between customer and Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd, an invoice for 50% of the agreed quote will be distributed. No work will commence until this is done. In agreeing to these Terms and conditions, you are committing to paying the remaining balance once the job is completed.
Refunds and returns:
6.1. Returns and refunds will be based on the management's discretion as to the quality of the product when it returns to the company address.
6.2. If it appears to be an obvious production fault, Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd will offer a full refund or replacement product based on an inspection upon arrival back.
6.3. If a customer is responsible for damage, or change of mind, Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd holds no obligation to refund you. Each case will be held individually at Managements discretion
6.4. Customers hold responsibility to organise return delivery, unless it's a production fault, then Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd will organise.
6.5. All refund requests must be supplied with photographic evidence within 30 days of purchase.
6.6. No refunds will be considered or investigated after 30 days of purchase.
7.1. Delivery couriers will be selected by Jack Tosney Furniture Ltd. Any problems with delivery lie with us to sort.
7.2. Local deliveries and bespoke orders will be delivered by private couriers. All shop orders will be sent my national couriering services. You will be given a tracking number so you can comfortably track your order.
7.3. We will contact international deliveries to organise international deliveries, this may be an additional cost to the customer to complete this order.
